About SVMC
Shenandoah Valley Music Camp offers two different week-long summer music experiences designed for students who want to grow as musicians while having fun in a positive environment. Our camps give students the opportunity to go beyond the classroom setting and fully immerse themselves in music through small ensemble playing and hands-on instruction led by experienced music educators. Camp activities are structured to help students improve their instrumental skills, strengthen musical confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of teamwork and leadership through music. Whether a student is looking to sharpen their fundamentals or take the next step in their musical journey, SVMC provides a place to learn, grow, and succeed. Beyond musical growth, SVMC fosters friendships, creativity, and a sense of belonging. Students leave camp not only as stronger musicians, but with renewed motivation, lasting memories, and excitement to continue music in their school programs and beyond.
